Available stock
All products are marked with the availability label:
- AVAILABLE: There are several units in stock
- Last units: Only one or two units of the product remain.
- Out of stock: At this moment it is out of stock and you will not be able to buy it.
Yes, from 04/01/2021, every day in the morning there is a review of the available stock.
Obviously we are talking about a process that is carried out by humans, so an error can occur.
It is not very likely to happen, but when the product indicates that there is only one unit, it may happen that at the same time the product is being bought by another person and the first person to complete the payment is the one that will finally be served. If this happens, we will refund the money to the customer who has not been able to serve it.
Out-of-stock products are ordered from the manufacturer but until they physically arrive they do not appear as available and cannot be purchased.
Until before the Covid 19 pandemic, products were available again in about 15 days, more or less, but this is not possible now in all cases.
For out-of-stock products you have a box where you can enter your e-mail address and when the product is back in stock you will receive a warning email, in case you are still interested in it.
