My order has arrived, but I was wrong, what should I do?
We all make mistakes, the important thing is to be able to solve it easily.
If you have ordered a product and when it arrived you realized that you made an error, just follow these steps:
- Make a new order with the correct product, so that you can have it as soon as possible.
- Enter our returns page and select the product to return and the reason. - Follow the instructions that you will receive, which in this case basically involves returning the product to us within 60 days.
- When we receive and review it, it will be reimbursed within 10 days of receipt.
